Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF PORTABLE PRODUCTIVITY TOOL

1) The Department of Budget and Management (DBM)-Central Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Pesos (P7,963,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Procurement of Portable Productivity Tool”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DBM-Central Office now invites bids for the “Procurement of Portable Productivity Tool” as specified in Sections VI (Schedule of Requirements) and VII (Technical Specifications) of the Bidding Documents. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, at least within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, i.e., December 5, 2023 to December 4, 2025, contracts similar to the Project.
