PROCUREMENT OF PORTABLE LOW EARTH ORBIT (LEO) SATELLITE INTERNET SUBSCRIPTION VOUCHERS FOR THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY INTERNET CONNECTIVITY SERVICE (PICS) IN PUBLIC PLACES

1. The Department of Information Communications and Technology-CAR, through the GAA 2025 - Sub-ARO 2025-04-0517 intends to apply the sum of One Million Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos and Seventy-One Centavos (Php 1,053,889.71) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Portable Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite Internet Subscription Voucher for the Provision of Temporary Internet Connectivity Service (PICS) in Public Places / DICT-CAR-2025-09-244. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
