PROCUREMENT OF PORTABLE COMPUTING DEVICE:
LAPTOP MID-RANGE
(ID NUMBER: LAPTOP 2025-04-ITRB)

1) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Three Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Pesos (₱10,374,620.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for the Procurement of Portable Computing Device: Laptop Mid-range under ID Number: LAPTOP 2025-04-ITRB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of Portable Computing Device: Laptop Mid-range. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years (December 15, 2020 - December 14, 2025) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
