1. The Cebu Normal University, through the Mutual Trust Fund - Landbank of the Philippines (MTF-LBP) 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php1,385,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Polo Shirts, Athletic Jackets and Jogging Pants, Sports Uniforms (Jersey & Shorts) and Costumes for the Regional SCUAA 2025 with Bid No. 24-11-365 and 24-12-383. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Cebu Normal University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon Receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
