Description : I. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Procurement of the PNU logo and patches for the BDO IGP of PNU Visayas

1. The Philippine Normal University Visayas through the funding of the Government of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of Sixty-eight thousand Two hundred fifty pesos only (Php 68, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PNU-VIS - GD 2025-09-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Proposals.

2. The Philippine Normal University-Visayas now invites Bidders/Suppliers to submit eligibility requirements and quotations for the Procurement of the PNU logo and patches for the BDO IGP of PNU Visayas. The mode of procurement is Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.

3. Interested Bidders/Suppliers may obtain the complete list of Eligibility Requirements and Technical Specifications from the PNUV Procurement Management Unit/ BAC Secretariat at the address given below from September 11-15, 2025 from 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
