Procurement of Planting Seeds to be given to affected San Mateo Farmers Brought By Typhoon Enteng
Negotiated Procurement due to Two-Failed Biddings

1.The Municipality of San Mateo, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the, “Procurement of Planting Seeds to be given to affected San Mateo farmers brought by typhoon enteng with Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of “Nine Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php996,500.00);

2.The Municipality of San Mateo, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the above mentioned activity;

3.The procurement procedure that will be adopted is Negotiated Procurement considering that there have been two failure of biddings pursuant to Sections 35.5 and 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184 (R.A. No. 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA);
