Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF PLANTING MATERIALS UNDER COCONUT FARMERS AND INDUSTRY TRUST FUND (CFITF) FY 2025 LOT 1: 50,000 PIECES OF CERTIFIED/TAGGED CACAO SEEDLINGS

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA through The Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund (CFITF) Program intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Ᵽ 4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Planting Materials under Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund (CFITF) FY 2025 Lot 1: 50,000 pieces of Certified/Tagged Cacao Seedlings with Project Identification No.: ITB-2025-10-368. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
