The METRO KIDAPAWAN WATER DISTRICT (MKWD) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to bid in accordance with the provisions of the Revised IRR of R.A. 9184 on the use of the Approved Guidelines on the use of a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid) under GPPB Resolution No. 27-2019, using the MKWD COB 2025 Account 857 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Three hundred Twenty-One and 80/100 (PHP25,883,321.80) inclusive of all applicable government taxes being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF PIPES & FITTINGS, SERVICE LINE MATERIALS AND WATER METERS FOR MAINTENANCE AND PROJECT USE received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
