(With vaccination records)

Others: Farm source should be BAI accredited/Techno Demo Multiplier Farm of ATI, with vaccination records, with certificate of Free Status-ASF

With valid negative ASF lab test result

Schedule of Delivery: To be determined (Should be delivered on-site):
40 heads Brgy. Lawaan, Danao, City, Cebu

Provider with good standing shall only be entertained and preferably within locality.
