TERMS OF REFERENCE
For the Contract of Services of a Physical Fitness Instructor
1. Rationale for the Contract
The Commission handle the fitness on Audit (COA) needs the services of a Physical Fitness Instructor to sessions of its employees in line with the national policy to maintain
and promote a healthy workforce as envisioned and enunciated by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in various issuances, including Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 38 s. 1992,1 and MC No. 8 s. 2011, dated March 7, 201 I2.
2. Contract Period
The term of this contract shall be eleven months, commencing on April 2, 2026, and terminating on December 29, 2026, or earlier upon mutual agreement of the parties.
