The Human Rights Violations Victims- Memorial Commission (HRVVMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO EDITING SERVICES through Small Value Procurement - Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of FORTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php 49,950.00) under the HRVVMC budget.
