PROCUREMENT OF PHARMACY SUPPLIES

1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga, through the approved PLGU-Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses-MOOE intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 1,565,500.00 being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Pharmacy Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Kalinga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is 30 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within Two(2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
