Procurement of Janitorial/Manpower Services for C.Y.2026 With NCII of Housekeeping
1) The Provincial Government of Cagayan, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 36,180,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of PGC-s Janitorial/Manpower Services for C.Y 2026 with NCII of Housekeeping / PBD Goods 053-2025 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Cagayan now invites bids for Procurement of PGC-s Janitorial/Manpower Services for C.Y 2026 with NCII of Housekeeping using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid criterion. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required for 1 year. Bidders should have completed, at least five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
