Description : Procurement of Petroleum through Electronic Fleet Card System for the OPAPRU for the period of 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026

1) The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU), through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PHP13,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Petroleum through Electronic Fleet Card System for the OPAPRU for the period of 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) now invites bids for the Procurement of Petroleum through Electronic Fleet Card System for the OPAPRU using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required on 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026.
