1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2025- Rice Program intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand and Forty Pesos (Php2,500,040.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 34-GOODS-RICE 2025.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Partial bid is NOT ALLOWED.
