PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION ON GOOD GOVERNMENT

INVITATION TO BID

1. The Presidential Commission on Good Government through its Maintenance Operating and Other Expenses of General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 3,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Petroleum, Oil, Lubricants and Other Services under a Fleet Card Program with Project Reference Number PCGGBAC-2024-004. The procurement project is undertaken through the Early Procurement Activities (EPA) pursuant to GPPB Circular 06-19 dated 17 July 2019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PCGG now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by January 01, 2025 until December 31, 2025 . Bidders should have completed, within the past five (5) years from 2019-2023 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project....
