Procurement of Petroleum Oil and Lubricants (POL Products) for FY 2026

1. The Department of Agrarian Reform, Provincial Office, Nabunturan, Davao de Oro thru General Appropriations Act for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php 999,990.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Petroleum Oil and Lubricants (POL Products) for FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DAR Provincial Office now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Procurement of Petroleum Oil and Lubricants (POL Products) for FY 2026:
