The Department of Agrarian Reform - Iloilo Provincial Office, through the 2026 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Petroleum, Oil and Lubrican (POL) Products and Service Maintenancet for CY 2026, DARPO-ILO-BAC-2026-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
