Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
“Procurement of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL)- Gas Slip System for the
Regional Headquarters, PRO 8 for FY 2026”
1) The Police Regional Office 8, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program
(NEP) intends to apply the sum of PhP25,479,112.00 being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Petroleum,
Oil and Lubricants (POL)- Gas Slip System for the Regional Headquarters,
PRO 8 for FY 2026”. For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section
12 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009,
the proposed budget under the FY 2026 NEP shall be used as basis. Further,
consistent with the requirement in Section 12.4 of the same IRR, no award of contract
shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the FY 2026 General Appropriations
Act. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go
