The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan would like to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (3,275,600.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Procurement of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants of the Municipality of Claveria, Cagayan, chargeable against General Fund Budget of the Local Chief Executive of the Municipality of Claveria, Cagayan.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Claveria, now invites bids for the Procurement of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants of the Municipality of Claveria, Cagayan.
