Description : SECTION I. INVITATION TO BID
PROCUREMENT OF PETROLEUM FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS (ALTERNATIVE TO FLEET CARD (FUEL CARD SYSTEM) WITHIN 15 KILOMETERS RADIUS FROM THE ADDRESS OF THE PROCURING ENTITY)
1. The LGU-Tunga, Leyte, through the General Fund 2025 (Economic Enterprise) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-One Pesos and Forty Centavos Only (P370,361.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fleet Card for the Procurement of the above stated contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above stated goods shall be in accordance with the delivery schedule under Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (2) years prior to the date of Pre-Bid Conference, a contract similar to the Project.
