Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
PEST CONTROL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

1. The Bureau of Quarantine, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos Only (Php2,918,384.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Pest Control Supplies and Equipment under IB No. PB-2025-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bureau of Quarantine now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
