Scope of Work:
1. One (1) year Termite Colony Elimination and
Prevention Treatment
2. Installation of termite baiting station on all
affected areas
3. Termination of any live termites during the one (1)
year duration of the project
4. If infestation is identified, stringent will be put bi-
monthly visits, until resolved then revert to
quarterly basis, thereafter
5. Conduct wood treatment on all wooden portion of
affected offices
6. Application of final Fipronil Granules/Termiticide
Powder on all wall mounted electrical outlets
7. One-time General Pest Control
