1. General Pest Control:
Surface Spraying
Misting Operation
Gel Baiting

2. Rodent Control - Service covers the control of all species by the use of slow or fast acting rodenticides (chemical) and/or by the installation of effectively proven devices (mechanical) or by the combination of both.

3. Termite Control. Termite Baiting System
-A thorough survey and inspection of the entire area to detect termite activities
- Installation of sufficient number of Above-Ground Stations (AGS) on infested areas or where active termite infestations are observed. Substantial amount of Chlorfluazuron bait will be placed on these stations. Each station must be properly labelled and secured.
-Continuous monitoring and replenishment of baits until the colony has been eliminated.
-Pull-out stations after the colony has been eliminated or after the contract.
