Description : A. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Procurement of Termite and General Pest Control Services for the BCP Office with approximate size of 51m2 for one (1) year located at Suntrust Condominium at Aurora Blvd., Quezon City.

C. DESCRIPTIONS / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Scope of Services will include:
1) Comprehensive initial evaluation, survey, inspection
2) Execution of general pest control (for cockroaches, rodents, etc.) and termite control activities
3) Mound demolition if applicable
4) Clean-up of area after each post pest control
5) Quarterly inspection and conduct of pest control activities
6) One (1) year warranty

E. DELIVERY PERIOD
