Description : 1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SAL-LAPADAN, ABRA, through the TRUST FUND: TUPAD intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Five Pesos (₱532,465.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project ID No. SAL-GOODS-2025-10, PROCUREMENT OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) FOR TUPAD BENEFICIARIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Sal-lapadan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is Ten (PROCUREMENT OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) FOR TUPAD BENEFICIARIES) 10 (TEN) DAYS FROM NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
