1. The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 8, through the General Appropriations Act CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (₱5,317,900.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.

2. The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 8 invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers (Platinum
