1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the PDRRMO MOOE 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty - Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP 489,600.00) for Lot 1 - Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment and Four Hundred Eighty - Five Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos (PhP 485,520.00) for Lot 2 - Procurement of Various Rescue Equipment being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
