Description : The Barangay Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City, through the BDRRM Fund (Calamity Fund) CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Personal Protection Gears for BDRRMO First Responders. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Gun-ob now invites bids for the supply and delivery of various Personal Protection Gears (PPEs). Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
