The Presidential Management Staff (OP-PMS), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites all suppliers to submit their quotations for the “Procurement of Periodic Maintenance Service for the PMS Building Water Supply System” with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Four Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Pesos (PhP496,000.00).
In accordance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184, please quote your best
offer for the item/s described herein, subject to the attached Terms and Conditions provided on this Request for Quotation. Submit your proposal, duly signed by your authorized representatives, not later than 04 March 2025 at 12:00 PM
via email at bac@pms.gov.ph.
Quotations/Proposals shall be in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications/Terms of Reference.
