Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO FAILED BIDDINGS

PROCUREMENT OF PEN AND PAPER NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF ADMIN-TECH AND PROMOTION OF PERSONNEL

1. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and 33/100 (PhP 6,333,333.33) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Negotiated Procurement For Two Failed Biddings - Procurement of Pen-and-Paper Neuropsychological Assessment for Recruitment of Admin-Tech and Promotion of Personnel with Bid Reference NP No. 2025-16-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PDEA Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
