INVITATION TO BID
1.0 The Municipal Government of Carles, Province of Iloilo through its Annual Budget Appropriations (5% MDRRM FUND CY 2026) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Procurement of Patient Transport Vehicle with Rescue Equipment & Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.0 The Municipal Government of Carles - Bids and Awards Committee now invites bid for the Procurement of Patient Transport Vehicle with Rescue Equipment & Supplies. Completion of the delivery of goods is required within Ten (10) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
