MUNICIPALITY OF CARLES

INVITATION TO BID

1.0 The Municipal Government of Carles, Province of Iloilo through its Annual Budget Appropriations (5% MDRRMF 2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Patient Transport Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.0 The Municipal Government of Carles - Bids and Awards Committee now invites bid for the Procurement of Patient Transport Vehicle. Completion of the delivery of goods is required within Ten (10) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II - Eligibility Documents (Instructions to Bidders).
