  PROCUREMENT OF PATCH MANAGEMENT SOLUTION
  (ID NUMBER: PMS 2025-05-ITRB)
  
  1) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) under the Extended Validity of Allotment (EVOA) intends to apply the sum of Forty-One Million Three Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Six Pesos and Ninety-Four Centavos (₱41,385,196.94) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for the Procurement of Patch Management Solution under ID Number: PMS 2025-05-ITRB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of Patch Management Solution. Delivery of the Services is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years (January 28, 2023 - January 27, 2026) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
