Description : The Department of Education, Division of Island Garden City of Samal intends to procure Pasteurized Milk for the School Based Feed Program (SBFP) through Negotiated Procurement - Community Participation (NP-CP) to promote community participation . The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million, Twenty-four Thousand, Three Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php 1,024,380.00).
1. The DepED Division of Island Garden City of Samal, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites People-s Organizations within Region XI accredited by NDA capable of supplying pasteurized milk.
2. The procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement - Community Participation pursuant to Section 53.12 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act", including Annex H thereof.
