Pasteurized (Fresh) Milk
• Division Procurement
1. Type of Milk: Frozen Pasteurized Milk
2. Flavor: 3 servings of Plain Milk and 2 servings of flavored milk with a variation of Chocolate, Strawberry, Melon, Ube or Pandan in a week
3. Serving Size: 180-200ml per pack
4. Quality: Milk should be received in good condition, not expired, with no signs of spillage and spoilage, not curdled, not slimy, and no sour smell or any discrepancies on the milk product. It should be delivered frozen and with dry ice.
5. Packaging: Individually packed in food-grade polyethylene pouches or High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles . The packaging must clearly and readably indicate the Manufacturing and Expiration Date. If possible, there must be a laser printed sign per pack or through the use of thermal or waterproof sticker and per box that indicates “DepEd SBFP - NOT FOR SALE” 6. Expiration: The expiration date should be a week (7 days) from the date of delivery.
