Description : Section 53.12 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, as stipulated in the Resolve Clause of GPPB Resolution No. 18-2021, states that community participation, where, in the interest of project sustainability or to achieve certain specific social objectives, it is desirable in selected projects, or its components, to call for participation of local communities through community or social groups, or members thereof, in the delivery of goods and simple infrastructure projects, subject to the guidelines issued by GPPB.

The deadline of submission and receipt of bids/price quotations quotation shall be on 15 September 2025 at 12:00 PM, and opening of quotation shall be on 15 September 2025 at 1:00 PM.

Proposals and other documents may either be submitted manually at the DepEd-Makati Division Office - Bids and Awards Committee, Gov. Noble St., Brgy. Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City, in a sealed envelope OR electronically to bacsec@depedmakati.ph.
