Description : In compliance with item 4, paragraph 1 on page 2 of OM-OUPS-2025-08-02500 titled Third Advisory for the Implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) FY 2025 states that:
“In light of the anticipated delays in the submission of FY 2025 Milk Supply Commitment from the National Dairy Authority and Philippine Carabao Center, attached letter from NDA and PCC (Annex B) shall be used as reference by all SDOs for the procurement of milk. SDOs are encouraged to write and coordinate with the NDA Field Offices and PCC Regional Offices to seek possible suppliers, identify the implementation for SY 2025-2026, and proceed with the procurement of milk through Negotiated Procurement - Community Participation.”
