Description : The Department of Education, Surigao del Norte Division, through its Bids and Awards Committee will undertake PROCUREMENT OF PASTEURIZED MILK AND STERILIZED COW-S MILK through Negotiated-Community Participation Procurement with a total amount of Two Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos Only (Php 2,150,940.00), broken down into the following:
