Description : 1. The City Government of Pasig, through the Executive Budget CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Pesos (Php2,433,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of the Pasig City's Civil Registry Information System with Digital Archiving (CRISDA) (Re-bid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The City Government of Pasig now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the development of an information system with digital archiving. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 07 February 2025, 9:30 AM at Procurement Management Office, 3rd Floor, Temporary City Hall, Eulogio Amang Rodriguez Ave., Brgy. Rosario, Pasig City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
