Description : 1. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the City Government of Pasig - Bids and
Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested consultants to participate in the negotiation for
the Project, Procurement of the Pasig City's Civil Registry Information System with Digital
Archiving (CRISDA), in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing
Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the
“Government Procurement Reform Act.” The City Government of Pasig, through the
Executive Budget CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred ThirtyThree Thousand Pesos (Php2,433,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project for seventy-five (75) calendar days.

2. The City Government of Pasig will hold a negotiation meeting with the interested
consultants on 21 February 2025, 10:00 AM at Meeting Room 202, 2nd Floor, Temporary
