Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Parts & Labor Materials with Installation for Repair & Maintenance of Aircon for the CNU ROSA Bus with Plate No. SKK-519
with BID NO. 25-04-109

1. The Cebu Normal University through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos Only (Php115,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for procurement of Parts & Labor Materials with Installation for Repair & Maintenance of Aircon for the CNU ROSA Bus with Plate No. SKK-519 with Bid No. 25-04-109. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Normal University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
