Description : Please quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT and freight charge on the item/s listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this RFQ, and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative together with the Mayor's/Business Permit and PhilGEPS Registration not later than April 07, 2025, at the Regional Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC), c/o Eloisa Antonette C.
