Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF PACKED MEALS FOR THE CONDUCT
OF IN-HOUSE ACTIVITIES/MEETINGS/ SEMINARS IN THE ENERGY REGULATORY
COMMISSION (ERC) - MAIN OFFICE UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
1) The ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION (ERC), through the Continuing
Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2024 4 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two
Hundred Sixty Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (PhP4,260,370.00),
inclusive of all applicable taxes, permits licenses, transport/delivery, and other
miscellaneous expenses being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Packed Meals for the Conduct of In-House
Activities/Meetings/ Seminars in the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) - Main
Office under Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
