1. The Bicol Region General Hospital and Geriatric Medical Center (BRGHGMC), through the NEP CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY SIX MILLION FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE AND 78/100 PESOS ONLY (PHP 26,525,673.78) being the ABC to payments under the contract for BRGHGMC-GS-2025-19: Procurement of Outsourcing Manpower Services for FY 2026 (EPA) consisting of, among others. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
