Procurement of Outsource Ground and Flight Training Services
for Seventy Two (72) BSAT Students of the Philippine State College of Aeronautics

1. The Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (PhP 30,540,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Outsource Ground and Flight Training Services for Seventy Two (72) BSAT Students of the Philippine State College of Aeronautics/PB2021-G-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

TERMS OF REFERENCE
1.The outsource provider must comply the following requirements:
a. Accommodate six (6) students with the following subjects based on the old curriculum for Bachelor of Science in Air Transportation:
ATAM 443 Commercial Pilot (Advance Ground Course) = 309 hrs/student
ATAM 444 Commercial Pilot (Advance Flight Training) = 115 hrs/student
