INVITATION TO BID

1. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Pesos (₱498,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Outboard Motor, Generator Set, and Surveillance Drone for Operations Center Use under PB-Goods-PR No. 25-0609. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty-five (45 days) from the received of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
