Description : The Philippine National Police Health Service (PNP HS), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake an Alternative Method of Procurement-Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement), with an Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) amounting to Eight Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Sixty-Five Pesos and Sixty-Two Centavos (PhP868,065.62) for the Procurement of Other Supplies & Materials in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

Quotations must be delivered at the Logistics & Procurement Division, 3rd Floor, PNP Health Service Bldg. Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City on or before 10:00 AM, April 21, 2025.

Your price quotation must be quoted in Philippine Peso and must include the unit price and total price, inclusive of all taxes to be paid if the contract is awarded.
