PROCUREMENT OF OTHER SUPPLIES & MATERIALS FOR REGIONAL ATHLETIC (T-SHIRT)

1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Pesos (Php134,000.00 ) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract in the Procurement of other Supplies and Materials for Regional Athletic (T-shirt). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during procurement process.

2. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao now invites bids for the Procurement of other Supplies and Materials for Regional Athletic (T-shirt). The supplier is required to supply and deliver within Ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
