Description : 1) The Philippine National Police Communications and Electronics Service Bids and Awards Committee (CES BAC), through the Notice of Fund Availability from the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of sum tabulated herein being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item hereunder stated. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
